These Terms apply to all services provided by Alldog, including dog walking and pet transport. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Agreement
By using Alldog’s services, you agree to these terms and conditions, which may be updated periodically with notice.

2. Booking & Payment
Services must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or email.
Payment is taken at the time of booking or invoiced monthly by prior agreement.
Late payments may incur additional charges.
We reserve the right to decline bookings at our discretion.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
Cancellations made with sufficient notice may be refunded or rescheduled.
If we must cancel due to weather, vehicle issues, or unforeseen events, we will offer an alternative date or full refund.

4. Dog Behaviour & Safety
All dogs must be non-aggressive, up-to-date with vaccinations, and in good health.
Owners must disclose any behavioural issues, medical conditions, or special requirements before the service.
Aggressive behaviour or safety concerns may result in immediate termination of services.
Dogs will always be handled with care and respect in line with our welfare-first policy.

5. Leash Policy
All dogs will be walked on a lead unless the owner provides written consent for off-lead walking and Alldog agrees it’s safe and appropriate for the area.

6. Walk Duration
Walk times include pick-up, drop-off, and any necessary clean-up to ensure your dog’s comfort and safety.

7. Weather Conditions
In extreme weather (heat, storms, heavy snow, etc.), walks or transport may be adjusted, shortened, or rescheduled to protect your pet’s welfare.

8. Key Handling
If you provide keys for pick-up or drop-off, they will be stored securely and coded anonymously.
Keys will be returned promptly if services are terminated or upon request.

9. Transport Services
Alldog ensures all pets travel safely in DEFRA-compliant conditions, with proper ventilation, secure crates, and constant supervision.
Owners must ensure pets are fit for travel and provide accurate collection and destination details.

10. Emergencies
In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately.
If you are unavailable, we may seek veterinary attention as necessary, at your expense, unless caused by our negligence.

11. Liability
While every care is taken to ensure your pet’s safety and well-being, Alldog cannot be held responsible for injury, loss, or damage caused to or by your pet except where directly due to our negligence.
We recommend owners maintain appropriate pet insurance for additional peace of mind.

12. Insurance
AllDog holds full Public Liability and Pet Business Insurance. Details are available on request.

13. Termination of Services
Clients must provide at least two weeks’ notice to terminate ongoing services, allowing us to adjust schedules smoothly.

14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
